A Step Towards Financial Independence for Moms

Our collaboration with the Rotaract Club of Yangon on the “EmpowerHer” program was a truly inspiring experience. Through the “Basic Longyi Skirt Sewing” workshop, we helped mothers and women learn a valuable new skill to generate income. This event was about more than just sewing; it was about fostering a community where mothers could connect, share passions, and build the confidence needed to start their own ventures. We saw firsthand how empowered and joyful the participants felt, and we are grateful to the Rotaract Club of Yangon and the workshop instructor, Ma Thiri Htet, for this wonderful opportunity.
